Our Mission: The Flats at Loyola Station provides a welcoming, all-inclusive guest experience managed by Loyola University Chicago students. As the first student-run guesthouse in the nation, we blend professional service with the comfort of home. With 9 fully-equipped, spacious units, guests enjoy the convenience of gourmet kitchens, complimentary parking, and easy access to Chicago’s top attractions.

The primary difference between our guesthouse and a hotel is that we offer a home away from home condo experience. We are the perfect all-inclusive accommodation for get-a-ways to the city, visits to Loyola, or gatherings of friends or family.

• Amenities: We have two bedroom and one bedroom units, all of which are contemporary, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We have fully-stocked gourmet chef kitchens, so all kitchen and cookware can be found in your unit. The Flats at Loyola Station offers a full range of stainless steel appliances for your convenience, luxury granite and quartz countertops, and generous living and family rooms. Our bedrooms are comfortable and homelike, featuring plush queen sized beds and vast walk-in wardrobes. We also have in-unit energy efficient washers and dryers that come with laundry essentials. We know that parking in the city can be a hassle so we provide FREE covered parking in the structure attached to our building.

• Location. The community surrounding The Flats at Loyola Station, Rogers Park, is filled with things to do such as visiting scenic beaches on Lake Michigan or trying a variety of global cuisines found on every street corner. In addition to being in such a diverse community, The Flats at Loyola Station is only a few steps from the Loyola L train station allowing guests to traverse the city with speed and ease from Wrigley Field and The Loop to so much more. The Flats at Loyola Station provides the perfect accommodations for get-a -ways to the city, visits to Loyola, or gatherings of friends or family.

• Convenience. There is no front desk at our building, so entry instructions are sent to guests 24 hours before arrival. All you have to do is arrive, remove your key from the lockbox next to your unit’s door, and then make yourself at home in your own apartment.
